Insurance

At Serenity Dental, we  accept most major insurance plans and the assignment of insurance benefits so that your out-of-pocket expense can be minimized. We’ll give you the cost estimate before starting any procedure. If you like, we can check with your insurance to find out what is covered under your plan. Our office insurance expert will  work with you  to get you the maximum reimbursement as long as you bring all your forms and booklets with you. Sometimes, the insurance information is not readily availaible. In situations like that , you will have the choice to either delay the treatment until we have 100% information availaible or start the treatment right away by paying out-of your-pocket. We will still fill out the paper work for you so that you can recieve your payment from the insurance.

Remember that you are ultimately responsible for your account. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a courtesy, we process the paperwork and bill directly to your insurance company. You will be responsible for any portions that are not covered by your plan.

Payment Options

All co-payments will be due in full at the time  of service. We accept payment by mastercard, visa, interac, and cash.We don’t accept personal checks.. For our patients’ convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, DentalCard, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner. Please go on www.dentalcard.ca to apply for financing. The inetrest varies according to your credit rating. You can either finance a portion or the entire bill of the dental procedure. The approval generally takes 2-24 hours. Please call our office to make an appointment and we will answer any questions you may have.
